Shipping policy

We bake for delivery every day, between 10 AM and 6 PM IST. Complete your order before 6 PM IST for delivery the following day. Orders placed at or after 6 PM IST are scheduled for the day after tomorrow, subject to availability.

We deliver within a 15 km radius of our bakery, including nearby NCR addresses within that radius. Availability and delivery charges will be checked against your delivery address at checkout.

Delivery fees: ₹100 within 5 km, ₹150 beyond 5 km and up to 10 km, and ₹200 beyond 10 km and up to 15 km. These are delivery-radius bands, not a live courier quote or a road-distance calculation.

If a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, we will contact you to agree the next step. Any additional redelivery charge will be discussed with you before a new delivery is arranged. Please contact us if your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery window.

Please provide your complete address, including flat or house number, and a phone number where our delivery partner can reach you.
